Reports give managers a read-only view of compliance health with filters and exports. All three tabs respect your current filters when exporting.

Report tabs
- Compliance Summary — health score, renewal coverage, status breakdown, timeline charts, and all renewals regardless of status.
- Expiring Renewals — overdue and upcoming items with filters for status, category, assignee, date range (30/60/90 days), and search.
- Documents — missing attachments, expired files, and unlinked uploads.
Export CSV or PDF
Each tab offers Export CSV and Export PDF buttons. Exports run server-side with your active organization and current tab filters applied. PDF exports use ContractorCompliance branding with metric cards and summary insights suitable for sharing with ownership or GC partners.
Demo mode
Demo reports use sample organization data. Exports in demo reflect the demo dataset, not your live workspace.
